YOGA & SOUND JOURNEY
Letting Go with Ease
25.10. | 18:00–20:00
Autumn invites us into the practice of letting go.
As the leaves change colour and fall from the trees, nature reminds us that release does not always have to be forced. There can be softness in letting go. There can be trust. There can be ease.
In this Yoga & Sound Journey, we align ourselves with the rhythm of the season and explore letting go with ease, individually and collectively.
Through asana, breath and awareness, we will move through the different layers of our being, noticing where we hold, where we resist and where we might create a little more space.
Not pushing something away, but allowing what is ready to move, to move.
From there, we surrender into an immersive sound journey allowing vibration, voice and sound to travel through the subtle layers of the body, supporting release beyond what we can reach through thought or movement alone.
A space to soften.
A space to release.
A space to listen.
To practise what autumn already knows:
how to let go with ease.
A space for collective rest
