RECLAIMing
RE-MEMBERING
RETURNING TO ONE’S ROOTS

Welcome to Annapurna House, a sanctuary for healing & returning to wholeness. Reclaiming stories and practices of resilience & compassion. Practicing yoga for liberation and collective change.

Every offering and action from Annapurna house is guided by the principles of Yoga & Ayurveda, Dismantling Racism, Healing from intergenerational trauma. We are reclaiming practices and rituals that respect & nurture Mother Earth. Remembering our interconnectedness & interdependence.

We believe in the power of the collective and make room to practice yoga in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya. To build communities that center accountability and care. Challenge the norms of health & wellness, Decolonizing our mind & actions. Our vision is to be living ancestors, contributing to a world where everyone has agency & can heal, return to wholeness.

HI, I’M
SANGEETA
LERNER

I'm Sangeeta, & I use she/they pronouns. As a migrant from India with German citizenship, I acknowledge my privilege and use this platform to confront systemic oppression, including brahmin supremacy, white supremacy, ableism, ageism, racism and classism. To make the invisible, visible and the inaudible, audible.
Annapurna House is my service to build a bridge between worlds and cultures, rituals and roots, fostering a shift from oppression to liberation, grind culture to rest, scarcity to abundance, and trauma to healing.
