Tools for Transformation: Yogic Practices for Collective Liberation
-
Overview
This 5-part journey offers yogic tools to reconnect with the body, breath, and spirit while also dismantling internalized traits of supremacy culture. Each session focuses on a core yogic practice and a dominant cultural trait we aim to disrupt — inviting participants into deep reflection, collective care, and compassionate action.
Through movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and dialogue, we co-create a space to reclaim, remember, and reimagine how we show up for ourselves and one another.

Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
