RETURNING TO ROOTS

Welcome — I’m Sangeeta

I am a yoga therapist, facilitator, and healing practitioner working at the intersections of embodied practice, collective care, and cultural repair.

For over 12 years, I’ve guided individuals and communities through practices rooted in yoga therapy, Ayurveda, trauma healing, sound, and the work of dismantling racism and ableism.

As a singer, I create sound spaces for rest—inviting stillness, regulation, and reconnection through voice and vibration.

My work is shaped by lived experience—as a migrant mother, trauma survivor, and long-time community practitioner—and is grounded in ancestral wisdom, relational practice, and deep listening.

I offer individual and group sessions, both online and in person, in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya, Sri Desikachar, and R. Sriram.

Together, we remember.
We repair.
We reimagine.

HI, I’M
SANGEETA
LERNER

I'm Sangeeta, & my pronouns are she/they . As a migrant from India with German citizenship, I acknowledge my privilege and use this platform to confront systemic oppression, including brahmin supremacy, white supremacy, ableism, ageism, racism and classism. To make the invisible, visible and the inaudible, audible.
Annapurna House is my service to build a bridge between worlds and cultures, rituals and roots, fostering a shift from oppression to liberation, grind culture to rest, scarcity to abundance, and trauma to healing. Yoga, Ayurveda, Dismantling Racism and healing from racialised trauma are the pillars that inform my work and support the spaces i create.
